GCE ‘O’ Level

This is a post about an education? programme in countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, or Malta. Now, i am also attending this O Level, because it is good and i want to study overseas. After i finished this O level, i will get a special certificate that i? can use for applying to some college in some countries, or it is okay if? i still want to continue with d3, or maybe i want to attend the A Level. But of course the fee will be very expensive, except you can get schoolarship. I am attending the O level at Shelton College International here in my place. The teachers are very nice, like Madam Niza Beri, Mr.Martin Wee, and the most funniest, Mr.Adli ! (haha…)XD

Here’s some explanation about GCE O level that i take from Wikipedia.

The General Certificate of Education or GCE is an academic qualification that examination boards in the United Kingdom and a few of the commonwealth countries, notably Sri Lanka, confer to students. The GCE traditionally comprised two levels: the Ordinary Level (O Level) and the Advanced Level (A Level).

Normally, at?Singapore,?students take the O-Levels at age 16 after completing Secondary 4. After that, they have the option to go on to a junior college for two years in preparation for the A-Levels or study a vocational trade and earn a diploma at a polytechnic or technical school. Increasingly, students who perform well in school are given the option to bypass the O-levels and take the A-Levels after junior college, in a scheme dubbed the integrated programme (also known as the through-train programme).
